• Information about your repair that we record while servicing your device, such as the repair performed, parts used, notes and payment records.

How we use it

• To contact you about your request, book and perform your repair, and give you repair status updates.
• To bill you, keep business and tax records, and handle warranty or support questions.

Calls and texts

If you agree on the request form, we may call or text you about your repair request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or tell us on the phone.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run our systems for us — such as hosting, our repair and billing software, and our phone and email providers — only as needed to provide our services. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Data on your device

We don't need to access your personal files to repair most devices, and we only access what's needed to perform and test the repair. Please back up your device before service; repairs can sometimes result in data loss.

Keeping and protecting your information

We keep repair and billing records as long as needed for our business and legal obligations, and protect them with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No system is completely secure.

Your choices
