These terms apply to repairyourdevices.com and to repair services from Repair Your Devices, a DBA of eBurst Services Inc, a Florida corporation.

Repair requests and appointments

Sending a request through this website does not book an appointment or create an obligation to buy. Appointments are confirmed by phone. We provide mobile (on-site) service only, within our service area.

Prices

Prices shown on this website are starting prices, which include the replacement part and labor for the listed repair. They can change as part prices change and can differ by model version or color. We tell you the price before starting any work, and we won't perform a repair you haven't approved. Computers, laptops and TVs require a diagnostic before we can price the repair; we tell you any diagnostic charge before the visit.

Parts

We use quality aftermarket replacement parts unless we agree otherwise with you in writing. Aftermarket parts are not made or authorized by the device manufacturer. Some manufacturers show a message on the device after a non-original part is installed.

Before your repair

Please back up your data and tell us about any prior damage, water exposure or earlier repairs. Devices with liquid damage, bent frames or other hidden damage may have additional problems that appear during or after repair; we will tell you before doing extra work.

Trademarks

Apple, iPhone, iPad, Samsung, Galaxy, Google, Pixel, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and other names belong to their owners and are used only to identify devices we repair. We are an independent repair provider and are not affiliated with those companies.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any repair is limited to the amount you paid for that repair. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Florida law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
